What do the RS sizes mean?

RS codes are the REDI program's standard-size codes: RS-{width in feet}X{height in feet}. For example, RS-15X3 is a shutter built for an opening about 1.5 feet wide by 3 feet tall (15"–19" wide × 33"–37" tall).
