What the warranty is
The manufacturer stands behind the shutters.
Every factory-built REDI plantation shutter we sell is covered by the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. We will not invent coverage details to fill this page — for the full terms, your installer can request the manufacturer's warranty documents.
- 3.5" wide louvers for light control and a clean, open look

Warranty claims go through your installer — you, your contractor, or your handyman, whoever put the shutters up. Prime View sells the shutters; we do not install them, and we are not the warranty servicer.
How warranty works here
- 1. The shutters carry the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Not ours, not a retailer add-on — the manufacturer's own warranty on the factory-built shutters.
- 2. Your installer handles warranty claims. If something goes wrong with the shutters themselves, your installer works it through the manufacturer — not Prime View.
- 3. Arrived damaged or defective? We still make it right. If your shutters arrive damaged or defective, that's on us — send us a message and we will sort it out.
