What we collect
Only what you send us. When you place an order or use a contact form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and the shutter sizes you are ordering. That is the entire list. We do not collect payment information on this website — there is no checkout, no cart, and no on-site payment processing.
How we use it
Your contact information is used for one purpose: fulfilling your order or responding to your message. We confirm orders by email, coordinate local delivery to your address, and respond to your messages by email. If you include a phone number and ask us to call, we may reach you by phone. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Notify-me lists
If you sign up for a one-time notification — for example, when our trade program terms or warranty terms are published — we keep your contact details solely to send that single update. You will not be added to a marketing list, and there is no drip sequence attached.
Cookies and tracking
This is a static site. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioral cookies. Anything stored in your browser is limited to what basic web hosting requires to serve the pages — nothing more.
Retention and deletion
Order records are kept as long as needed to fulfill your order and handle any follow-up about it. If you want your contact information removed from our records, email us and we will delete it.
