Inflated list prices, "today only" discounts, quotes that require a salesperson in your living room — the industry trained homeowners to assume the number is made up. So let's do this differently: here's our entire pricing structure, in one paragraph, and then an honest explanation of what you're not paying for.
Our pricing, in full
From $18.95 per square foot. Each window is priced at its square footage × $18.98. One flat $200 delivery charge per order — not per window, per order. That's it. No measuring fee, no installation charge, no hardware upcharge, no tiers, no fine print.
A quick example: a window measuring 3 feet by 4 feet is 12 square feet — 12 × $18.98 = $227.76 for that window. Add up all your windows the same way, add the single $200 delivery, and that's your total. You can price your entire house at the kitchen table in five minutes, which is rather the point.
And because the $200 delivery is per order, there's a real economy in ordering together: ten windows split one $200 delivery; ten separate orders would not. Measure the whole house, order once.

Why it costs this — and not more
Our shutters are factory-built in standard sizes — 44 stock RS sizes covering the windows in the vast majority of homes. Standard sizes mean the product is already built and ready to ship, which removes the most expensive links in the traditional chain. Compare that to what a conventional custom quote is actually paying for:
- The measuring visit: a salesperson drives to your home, measures, and pitches — that trip is baked into every quote
- Custom manufacturing: your shutters are built one-off to your exact dimensions, which means setup, labor, and time for every single window
- Installation labor: a crew's wages, scheduling, and drive time — often a large share of the final number
- The 6–8 week pipeline: made-to-order production queues, warehousing, and logistics overhead that you fund while you wait
None of those four things is a scam — they're real costs of a real service. That's the entire business model: skip the four expensive links, keep the premium product.
What you're getting for the price
Lower price only matters if the product holds up.
